Two-pass or three-pass hot water boilers are high-efficiency, fully cylindrical systems featuring a fire-tube (flame-smoke tube) design and substantial water volume capacity. Engineered specifically for gaseous fuels, these boilers are capable of burning Natural Gas, LNG, CNG, and LPG with maximum thermal efficiency.
In these installations, gas pressure is regulated at dedicated reduction stations, typically lowering the burner inlet pressure to 300 mbar. All gas lines feeding the burner must be strictly compliant with the technical standards and safety regulations established by regional gas distribution authorities.
To ensure structural integrity and maximize heat transfer surface area, the combustion chambers of these gas-fired hot water boilers are engineered as corrugated furnaces.
