• Temperature control is easier. Various heat transfer oils are used in hot oil systems that can be heated up to 250°C-280°C without losing their properties. In this way, the proportional operation is provided by automatically adjusting the airflow by changing the grill advance speed, the amount of fuel, and the revolutions of the combustion air fans according to the desired temperature.
• Operation and maintenance costs are lower. In hot oil systems, there are no efficiency-reducing and maintenance-required malfunctions such as corrosion and lime bonding inside installations and devices. In addition, thanks to the rotary grate combustion system, the fuel is completely burned and soot and soot formation is prevented.
• Safer operation thanks to low operating pressure. Much lower pressure values are used in hot oil systems compared to steam systems. This, in turn, reduces the risk of explosion of the boiler and increases work safety.
• Longer life high efficiency. Hot oil boilers are designed as two-pass or three-pass depending on the capacity. Optimum efficiency is ensured with boiler refractory brick and concrete applications, which are mounted in the middle of the rotating grate. In addition, the boiler body is made of high-quality steel and is insulated and resistant to high temperatures.
