Water tube and flame smoke tube boiler types are combined in the same body. Combustion chamber with water tube (pipe and bar) mounted on a rotating grill is manufactured in the required dimensions as a result of detailed and precise calculations. A large volume combustion chamber is required for maximum flame length, flame radiation and combustion efficiency in solid fuels. The flame smoke tube boiler is two-pass and is designed to achieve maximum efficiency for the required capacity.
Combustion gases are designed to pass through the flue pipes at optimum speeds. By keeping the passageways of the flame long in the boiler, most of the heat energy generated by the combustion is used in steam production. Thanks to its larger steam volume, the system can instantly respond to peak steam drafts, and rapid steam production is provided thanks to the water-tube combustion chamber.
