Moving grate hot water boilers are highly efficient and safe boilers used for purposes such as heating, hot water needs, and process heating in industrial and civil areas. These boilers produce hot water by burning solid fuels. Hot water is pumped into the heating system to provide heat transfer. Movable grate hot water boilers are mounted vertically on the movable grate, thanks to a steel platform. It is designed as a two-pass or three-pass, depending on the boiler capacity. Moving grate hot water boilers provide proportional operation by automatically adjusting the air flow rate by changing the grate advance speed, fuel amount, and the speeds of the combustion air fans according to the desired temperature. In addition, by keeping the flame passageways in the boiler long, most of the heat energy resulting from combustion is used in hot water production.

Moving grate hot water boilers are produced by EN and CE norms. All equipment of the boilers is selected from quality materials and equipped with the necessary protection systems for safe operation. The operating pressures of the boilers can be adjusted to 6 or 10 bars. The capacities of the boilers vary between 2 300 - 6 000 kW.
