The Rotary Grate combustion system components are manufactured from heat-resistant special alloy casting material. Grate components; It is designed to form thin air ducts between them that can provide combustion on the entire surface. The combustion air capacity can be kept at the desired level by giving the required amount of combustion air to the grate from below through numerous air ducts and adjustment flaps.
The planetary geared motor in the propulsion system is driven by an inverter, and the speed of the rotary grate is automatically adjusted according to the combustion efficiency of the fuel loaded on the grate.
The Rotary grate unit is shipped from our factory as fully assembled.
