The Rotary Grate combustion system components are cast from high-grade, heat-resistant specialized alloys to ensure long-term structural integrity. The grate segments are precision-engineered to form a network of narrow air channels, facilitating uniform combustion across the entire surface area. This design allows for precise control of the combustion air capacity, as the required oxygen levels are delivered from beneath the grate through multiple air ducts and adjustable dampers.
The propulsion system features a planetary gear motor controlled by a frequency inverter. This allows the system to dynamically adjust the rotary grate speed in real-time, optimizing the feed rate based on the specific combustion characteristics and efficiency of the loaded fuel.
For streamlined installation and quality assurance, the rotary grate unit is shipped from our manufacturing facility as a fully pre-assembled module.
