A Mono Cyclone is a high-efficiency dust collection device installed between the boiler and the stack (chimney). It is designed to capture and retain airborne particulates, fly ash, and soot from the combustion gases. By effectively filtering these solids, the system significantly reduces harmful environmental emissions while simultaneously enhancing overall boiler performance.
The Mono Cyclone operates on the cyclonic separation principle. This process utilizes centrifugal force—generated by the high-velocity rotation of the gas stream—to isolate and separate denser particles from the flue gas. Based on specific industrial requirements, Mono Cyclones can be custom-engineered in various dimensions and volumetric capacities.
