THERMAL OIL BOILERS WITH STOKER

Stoker-Fired Thermal Oil Boilers are high-efficiency systems engineered for safe and consistent heat generation and transfer at elevated temperatures. These boilers utilize an automated stoker combustion system to burn solid fuels—such as coal, wood, or pellets—to heat a specialized thermal carrier fluid (hot oil). The heated oil is then circulated throughout the industrial process via high-performance pumps. This thermal oil medium enables long-distance heat transmission from the boiler house to the application points, providing significant flexibility in plant layout and architectural design.

The boiler unit is vertically integrated onto a robust steel platform directly above the stoker combustion system. Depending on the required thermal capacity, these boilers are engineered in two-pass or three-pass configurations. To ensure maximum thermal efficiency and minimize heat loss, the combustion chamber is reinforced with high-grade refractory brick and specialized concrete applications.

Operational precision is managed through an automated control system that regulates the air-to-fuel ratio. The system dynamically adjusts the screw feeder (stoker) speed and fuel volume, while combustion air fans are calibrated to maintain the target temperature. Furthermore, the inherent properties of thermal oil prevent common degradation issues such as corrosion, calcification, and scaling. This ensures a maintenance-free installation and protects the long-term operational efficiency of the entire system.
