Stoker Oil Boilers are boilers that provide heat production and heat transfer at high temperatures efficiently and safely. These boilers heat a heat carrier fluid called hot oil by burning solid fuels such as coal, wood, and pellets. Hot oil is pumped into the heating system and provides heat transfer. In this way, there can be long distances between the boiler and the heating system and the placement of the boiler is more flexible.

Stoker Oil Boilers are mounted vertically on the stoker burning system, thanks to a steel platform. It is designed as a two-pass or three-pass, depending on the boiler capacity. Optimum efficiency is achieved with the boiler mounted in the middle of the stoker combustion system, refractory brick, and concrete applications.

Stoker Oil Boilers operate by adjusting the air flow rate by changing the screw advance speed and fuel amount automatically, and the speeds of the combustion air fans manually, according to the desired temperature. In addition, due to the properties of the fluid used in hot oil systems, there are no malfunctions that reduce efficiency and require maintenance, such as corrosion and scaling in installations and devices.
