GAS FUEL THERMAL OIL BOILERS

In many industrial sectors, there is an increasing demand for high-temperature heat transfer systems capable of operating efficiently under elevated temperature conditions. Although steam systems can achieve high temperatures by increasing pressure levels, the high pressure required places steam systems at a disadvantage in terms of cost, efficiency, and safety. Thermal oil systems provide an efficient and safe solution for heat generation and heat transfer at high temperatures.

Various heat transfer fluids (thermal oils) are used in thermal oil systems, which can typically operate at temperatures up to 250–280°C without losing their physical properties. Due to the characteristics of the thermal oil, common operational problems such as corrosion and scaling within pipelines and equipment are minimized, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced maintenance requirements.

Helical cylindrical thermal oil boilers operate with high efficiency and reliable performance. Gas-fired thermal oil boilers are designed to operate efficiently with fuels such as natural gas, LNG, CNG, and LPG.

In these systems, the gas pressure is reduced to approximately 300 mbar using pressure reduction stations before combustion. The gas supply lines connected to the burner must comply with the standards specified by local gas distribution authorities to ensure safe and reliable operation
