Multi-cyclones are high-efficiency dust collection systems utilized in industrial facilities to eliminate particulate-laden flue gases and coarse dust from process air streams. Their collection efficiency significantly surpasses that of conventional mono-cyclone systems, allowing for the filtration of substantially finer and smaller particle sizes.
Unlike other high-efficiency filtration technologies, multi-cyclones are entirely mechanical. This makes them a highly cost-effective solution, as they are inherently compatible with a wide range of dust compositions and capable of withstanding extreme operational temperatures. Architecturally, multi-cyclones consist of a synchronized array of multiple small-diameter mono-cyclones integrated into a single housing.
