LIQUID FUEL THERMAL OIL BOILERS

Today, high temperatures and heat transfer systems that can operate efficiently at these temperatures are needed in many branches of industry. Steam systems can respond to these needs by increasing pressure values. However, the pressure values ​​required to reach high temperatures put steam systems in a disadvantageous position in terms of cost, efficiency and safety. Heat generation and heat transfer at high temperatures can be achieved efficiently and safely with Thermal oil systems.

Thermal oil systems are systems used in industrial facilities to meet the need for high temperature fluids, which other alternative fluids cannot reach, at low pressure.

Various heat transfer oils are used in Themal oil systems, which can be heated up to 250°C-280°C without losing their properties. Due to the characteristics of the fluid used in the system, there are no efficiency-reducing and maintenance-required malfunctions such as corrosion and lime bonding inside the installations and devices.

Helical cylindrical Thermal oil boilers work with high efficiency. Helical cylindrical Thermal oil boilers designed with liquid fuel can burn fuels such as fuel oil No: 6 and No: 4, diesel with high efficiency.

In these systems, the first ignition in the burner is made by burning diesel. After reaching a certain pressure in the steam boiler, the diesel system can be disabled and fuel-oil burning can be started.

The main fuel tank and the daily fuel tank are serpentine steam heated type tanks. Fuel-oil tanks are heated with the steam obtained by burning diesel, and after reaching the fuel temperature of 80 C, combustion is provided with fuel-oil in the burner by means of gear pumps.

Fuel flow system in liquid fuel boiler systems consists of components such as main fuel tank, daily fuel tank, diesel tank, fuel heating exchangers, pot tank. The fuel with the desired viscosity is connected to the burner. Unburned fuels in the burner are sent back to the fuel heating exchangers via the return line.
